Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to remove from tonight's agenda Ordinance 2024-94, made by Councilman Shymske, <br />seconded by Councilwoman Hemann. Roll call, please. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Shymske: Yes <br />Ms. Hemann: Yes <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Yes <br />Mr. Marrie: Yes <br />Mr. Madden: Yes <br />Mr. Limpert: Yes <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Ordinance 2024-94 is removed from tonight's agenda by a vote of 6-0. <br />Councilman Shymske: <br />And the meeting concluded at 7:10 p.m., and that concludes my report. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Thank you, and Councilman Marrie, Chairman of the Intra-Governmental Relations Committee, <br />do you have a report this evening? <br />Intra-Governmental Relations Committee <br />Councilman Shymske: <br />Thank you. No report tonight, Mr. President. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Thank you. Are there any letters or communications to come before Council at this time? <br />Council Clerk: <br />Yes. City Council, the Mayor, the Law Director, and the Economic Development Director <br />received a letter from Mr. Jim Burns with regard to Ordinance 2025-21, a copy of which will be <br />attached to these minutes. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />All right. Thank you. We will now move into audience participation. <br />Thank you for attending tonight's Council meeting. If there is anyone in the audience who <br />would like to address Council, please come to the podium, state and spell your name and <br />address for the clerk. If you live in a city other than North Olmsted, please state the name of <br />that city, and proceed with your comments, you will have up to five minutes. <br />Mr. Jeff Sturgeon: <br />Good evening, Jeff Sturgeon, 3092 West 231.
