Roll call, please. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Shymske: Yes <br />Ms. Hemann: Yes <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Yes <br />Mr. Limpert: Yes <br />Mr. Madden: Yes <br />Mr. Marrie: Yes <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Ordinance 2025-57 is adopted by a vote of 6-0. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Resolution 2025-58, a Resolution ratifying and authorizing the Mayor retroactively to enter into <br />a contract with Flock Group, Inc. to purchase five (5) cameras and related monitoring service for <br />cameras to be installed at North Olmsted Community Park, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce, place on first reading, and request suspension of the rule requiring <br />three readings and formal committee review. <br />Councilwoman Hemann: <br />Mr. President. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Councilwoman Hemann. <br />Councilwoman Hemann: <br />Thank you. I'd like to make a motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings with regard <br />to 2025-58. This was heard in Caucus, this is for vandalization, to stop vandalization that has <br />been happening repeatedly at our North Olmsted Community Park, particularly now that we <br />have construction going on there.
