Council Clerk: Ordinance 2025-59, an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and enter into an agreement with the North Olmsted Board of Education to purchase school district -owned real property commonly known as Chestnut Intermediate School, Maple Intermediate School and Pine Intermediate School in consideration of Three Million Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars. Mayor Jones: Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Council President Brossard: Thank you. Before we move into scheduling Committee Meetings, I'm going to schedule a Special Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 7:50 p.m. to allow current legislation and newly introduced legislation to have their readings and subsequent voting before Council's July recess. Additionally, I'm scheduling an Executive Session during that Special Council Meeting next week on June 10th, to consider the purchase of property for public purposes. Now moving into scheduling Committee Meetings, I'm going to schedule a Committee of the Whole for Tuesday, June 10, 2025, from 7 o'clock to 7:10 p.m. to discuss the recommendation from the Charter Review Commission. I would ask that any individuals in support or opposition to the amendment please be available at that time. Thank you. Councilman Limpert, would you like to schedule a Finance Committee Meeting on behalf of Councilman Scarl? Councilman Limpert: I will. Thank you, Mr. President. I will schedule the meeting on the 10th of June at 7:10. 1 expect that to go to 7:45 p.m., and that is to address Ordinances 2025-53, which is a Resolution, 2025- 55, which is an Ordinance, and 2025-59, which is an Ordinance, and lastly 2025-53, which is a Resolution, and I would ask that the Finance Director, the Economic Development Director, and any other of the Mayor's designees deemed necessary for the property discussion, to be available. I also ask the Law Director to be there. Thank you. Council President Brossard: Thank you, and I'd just like to add that we'll also discuss Ordinance 2025-54. I'm not sure if I heard that one.
