<br />them with the Auditor of State, an unaudited version on May 30t", and these were after
<br />review by both the Economic Development Director and myself.
<br />• Lastly, on June 1st, we made our bond payments, which we made it on May 31st. Our
<br />interest -only bond payments, and I think this is the lowest number I've ever seen, the
<br />interest -only payment of all our bonded debt was $257,175.01. So, we're gaining on it,
<br />and Mr. President, that concludes my report.

<br />Thank you, moving into Council Committee Reports, Councilman Limpert, Chairman of the
<br />Building, Zoning, and Development Committee, do you have a report?

<br />Councilman Limpert:
<br />I do have a report, Mr. President, thank you. The Building, Zoning, and Development
<br />Committee met on the 27th of May at 7:02 p.m. Present were Committee Members Limpert,
<br />Gilchrist and Shymske, the rest of Council, Finance Director, Economic Development Director,
<br />Safety, Service, and Recreation Directors, and guests.
<br />• Discussed was Ordinance 2025-21, which was related to the Mall Area Mixed -Use
<br />Overlay. Mr. Upton addressed concerns related to the overlay that had been brought up
<br />in the previous meeting, around parking, and a letter to Council was also discussed,
<br />which related that if this Ordinance abided by the Charter. Mr. Upton noted that he had
<br />conversations with the Law Director, and the Law Director confirmed that this would
<br />not be in conflict with the Charter, and also addressed that as the applicants would
<br />present a detailed parking plan, they would need to provide justifiable parking analyses,
<br />which would provide the ability to approve or deny that, based on that analyses by the
<br />Review Committee as well as Council, and the motion passed by a vote of 3-0, and the
<br />Committee meeting concluded at 7:18 p.m. Mr. President, this concludes my report.

<br />Councilwoman Hemann:
<br />I do, thank you, Mr. President. The Recreation, Public Parks, and Buildings Committee met on
<br />Tuesday, May 27, 2025, to discuss Resolution 2025-51, a Resolution authorizing the Director of
<br />Recreation and Public Engagement to advertise for bids for the award of a contract for
<br />Springvale Ballroom structural modifications as detailed in specifications on file with the
<br />Division of Engineering, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control,
<br />to enter into a contract for same with the lowest and best bidder. The meeting was called to
<br />order at 7:16 p.m. Present were Committee Members Hemann and Scarl, Council President
<br />Brossard, Council Members Gilchrist, Madden, Marrie, and Shymske, the Directors of Finance,
<br />Human Resource, Economic Development, Safety, Service, and Recreation.
