ORDINANCE <br />2025-55 <br />MAYOR'S COURT AGENCY 820 <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS <br />1,200,000.00 <br />1,200,000.00 <br />MAYOR'S COURT BOND 821 <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS <br />3,000.00 <br />3,000.00 <br />AMEND- <br />MENTS <br />INCREASE/ <br />(DECREASE) <br />ORDINANCE <br />2025-68 <br />1,200,000.00 <br />1, 200, 000.00 <br />3,000.00 <br />3,000.00 <br />TOTAL ALL FUNDS 99,020,236.20 300,000.00 99,320,236.20 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Fiscal <br />Officer of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City Treasury for payment <br />from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approval by the <br />Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an ordinance or resolution of Council to make the <br />expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by <br />authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance.
