Home was entered as part
of an administrative search warrant. The following was observed:
1. Garbage and miscellaneous debris scattered and piled up in every room of the home making it difficult to walk
through the home, Some of the piles extended all the way up to the ceilings.
Note: Unable to access certain parts of each room due to the amount of debris and stored items. Unable to enter
bedrooms or through the front door of the home due to debris and stored iterns.
2. No working bathroom could be located in the home. First floor bathroom has been closed off with plywood and
basement bathroom toilet fixture has broken bowl (unable to hold water).
3. Kitchen sink contained warm running water, however, there is a significant leak from the faucet.
4. All surfaces were found to be extremely unsanitary in the kitchen and throughout most of the home.
5. Section of ceiling and wall have been removed in the living room and section of ceiling has been removed in the
kitchen.
6. Containers of water that could be emptied were during this time.
7. Other conditions may exist that were unable to be viewed during this inspection.
Due to the significant amount of stored items and miscellaneous debris and there being no working bathroom, the
home in its present condition is not safe or healthy to reside in. All garbage and miscellaneous debris should be
removed from the home. All finish surfaces should be restored to a smooth, durable and easy to clean state. All surfaces throughout the home should be cleaned
and sanitized. Standing water should be eliminated in containers throughout the backyard to prevent mosquito
breeding.
