to move money to do Dover Center Road this year, it was unexpected. We were lucky enough to find a contractor who was able to rehab that road for us this year. It will be when school starts, unfortunately. School starts here in North Olmsted on August 21st. We in the administration have been working directly with the school district working on bus routes and notifying parents who are going to be transporting their children to and from Pine, which is the school that is most affected by this construction. So all of the directors, in all of our departments, have been on top of this and are trying to communicate the best way that they can, with our residents as well. It will be a challenging six weeks but the result as we know will be a Dover Center Road that is drivable and certainly one that the city will be proud of. That concludes my report Mr. President. Welcome back. I hope you all had some fun while you were in recess doing some summer fun things. • The Finance Department has worked with the Economic Development Department on the TIRC, the T-I-R-C reporting for the CRAs, which are the tax abatements and the TIF status reports. The June 30, 2025, summary and detailed monthly financial statements were emailed to Council last week, along with the second quarter review, and the RITA collections were also included through June 30t"; and if you have any questions, as I said in the email, please don't hesitate to call, ask, email and the Chair... Finance Chair is going to have a brief discussion about it at the Finance Committee next week. • We started the time and attendance and advanced scheduling project and have completed the surveys of each division's current time and attendance process, and have submitted them to our project lead at Tyler. This is estimated to be about a six-month project with the go live date late in January. • We've completed the City PAFR and we filed it with the Government Finance Officers Association on July 30th.
