Recreation & Natural Open Spaces Stratemn To support a sustainable network of connected active and passive parks and recreational facilities that serve as catalysts for inclusive community engagement/activities, environmental stewardship, personal growth, and community health. 9,1 Parks, Recreation & Natural Open Spaces Goal.
