CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025 - 66 <br />By: Mayor Jones <br />A RESOL UTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A <br />RENEWAL AGREEMENT WITH McCAULLEY & COMPANY, LLC, <br />TO PROVIDE GRANT WRITING AND CONSULTING SERVICES <br />FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, this Council, by and through Ord. No. 22-67, authorized the Mayor <br />to enter into a Consulting Services Agreement with McCaulley & Company LLC to <br />provide granting writing and related consulting services; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter into a <br />renewal of the Consulting Services Agreement with McCaulley & Company LLC. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and she hereby is authorized to exercise an <br />option to renew and extend the term of the Consulting Services Agreement with <br />McCaulley & Company LLC, from July 1, 2025 until August 31, 2026. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and further for the reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect <br />immediately due to the expiration of the initial term effective June 30, 2025, and for <br />continuity and continuation of services; and provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: First Reading: to-/ 7 -.;ZS' <br />Second Reading: RS"- <br />Third Reading: 9 _a S-- <br />Committee: 't e__t <br />ATT TEST: <br />BEATRICE TAYLOR <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED.
