Section IV - Duration of Contract The term of this agreement shall be for a period commencing August 22, 2025 and terminating on May 22, 2026. The City reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and to thereby revoke the Concessionaire's license to access the designated spaces (concession area) for the purposes of this Agreement. Absent emergency circumstances that may warrant immediate termination without prior notification, the City agrees to provide the Concessionaire written notification of such unilateral termination and revocation. Section V - Payment; Property Ownership The Concessionaire shall pay the City $150 per month. Payment is to be made on a monthly basis during the term of this Agreement. Payment will be billed with monthly ice fees. Concessionaire's failure to pay shall be immediately reported to the Mayor and, if not cured, shall result in immediate termination of this Agreement and revocation of this license to access and use the concession area. The City shall, at all times, remain the owner of the concession area and shall remain in control of the premises. Nothing in this Agreement shall grant or license Concessionaire's exclusive use, occupancy or control of the concession area. Concessionaire shall own and remain responsible for food service equipment.
