Section IV - Duration of Contract <br />The term of this agreement shall be for a period commencing August 22, 2025 and terminating on <br />May 22, 2026. The City reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and to thereby <br />revoke the Concessionaire's license to access the designated spaces (concession area) for the <br />purposes of this Agreement. Absent emergency circumstances that may warrant immediate <br />termination without prior notification, the City agrees to provide the Concessionaire written notification <br />of such unilateral termination and revocation. <br />Section V - Payment; Property Ownership <br />The Concessionaire shall pay the City $150 per month. Payment is to be made on a monthly basis <br />during the term of this Agreement. Payment will be billed with monthly ice fees. Concessionaire's <br />failure to pay shall be immediately reported to the Mayor and, if not cured, shall result in immediate <br />termination of this Agreement and revocation of this license to access and use the concession area. <br />The City shall, at all times, remain the owner of the concession area and shall remain in control of the <br />premises. Nothing in this Agreement shall grant or license Concessionaire's exclusive use, <br />occupancy or control of the concession area.
