An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 139 of the <br />Administrative Code entitled "Department of Public Safety' in order to establish the Division of <br />Juvenile Diversion within the department at 139.07, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading, and request suspension of the rule <br />requiring three readings and formal committee review. <br />Councilwoman Hemann: <br />Mr. President? <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Councilwoman Hemann. <br />Councilwoman Hemann: <br />Thank you.
