Council President Pro Tempore Scarl: <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance 2025-95 made by Councilman Limpert, seconded by Councilman <br />Marrie. Roll call, please. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Limpert: Yes <br />Mr. Marrie: Yes <br />Mr. Scarl: Yes <br />Mr. Shymske: Yes <br />Mr. Madden: Yes <br />Ms. Hemann: Yes <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Yes <br />Council President Pro Tempore Scarl: <br />Ordinance 2025-95 is adopted by a vote of 7-0. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Legislation on second reading. <br />Resolution 2025-96, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of <br />Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2026 all money due <br />and owing said City from any collection source, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2025-97, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution dispensing with the RFP process <br />and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for professional engineering services <br />with Chagrin Valley Engineering, renewing the terms and conditions of its current agreement <br />with the City through 2028, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2025-99, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into a three (3) year agreement with the City of Bay Village, Ohio to provide for police <br />emergency dispatch services, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Shymske: <br />Mr. President. <br />Council President Pro Tempore Scarl: <br />Councilman. <br />Councilman Shymske: <br />At this time, I move to suspend the rules requiring three readings, as this has already been <br />heard in committee to allow Bay Village Dispatch for police to be, to join the North Olmsted <br />Dispatch by November 13th, and ask for a second. <br />Councilwoman Hemann: <br />Second. <br />:1.0 21 25 Council Meeting Minutes 'age 20 <br />
