A Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of <br />Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2026 all money due <br />and owing said City from any collection source, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2025-97, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution dispensing with the RFP process <br />and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for professional engineering services <br />with Chagrin Valley Engineering, renewing the terms and conditions of its current agreement <br />with the City through 2028, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2025-99, introduced by Mayor Jones.
