land, and prepping it for development, we're able to do that, and so we plan to do that over the
next year, and so I just wanted to assure you that that is going to happen with Pine, Maple, and
Chestnut, because we're the ones that own the land here in that scenario.
Council President Brossard:
Excuse me. We don't typically allow speaking from the.... Thank you. All right. Seeing no other
comments from the...
Donald Primosch:
My name is Donald Primosch. P-R-I-M-O-S-C-H. I live at 6064 Stafford Drive, North Olmsted,
Ohio, 44070. This is my sixth meeting. Mayor, everything I tell you is about the house at 6078
Stafford. It's on the south side of my house. The last meeting I went to, I told, I just sneaked it
in... the trampoline in the backyard is still two to three feet from my fence. Move it 10 feet to
the south on their property. It's falling apart. The rubber's gone. It's collapsing, it looks like....
And I want it out of here. I want it moved. Second thing. Did you get the gas line on the
property line in the front yard moved yet, Mayor? I want to put my fence up in the front yard. I
have the variance, I have the permit, and I can't put the fence in until the gas line is moved.
Third. Thursday, November 6, this is around 4 o'clock in the afternoon. They came home from
school and they started playing. The boy in the house is now bringing his two friends from the
North Somerset Drive to this house at 6078 Stafford. Three of them throwing the football to my
property line and over onto my front yard. Remember the boy that was peeing on the siding?
Now they're also doing it on the driveway. I want both of them gone from this house. I'm going
to bring this up at every meeting until they're gone. The grandmother was over. Remember the
grandmother left all that trash all over the front yard? Well, she came back at 4:20 to 5:30. 1
had a jamming circle in the TV. You can't watch TV. TV's gone. Grabbed the dog and went
outside. She was parked on the driveway right in front of the sidewalk, and the kids are all
throwing the ball, so I couldn't go that way. So I had to go across the street and down, and I got
her plate number. She's had this plate on there for a long time, Mayor. It's dark blue with white
letters. That's that Ohio plate. The plate number is BSP4612. Run that plate and see if it's any
good. She drives a dark blue Mitsubishi SUV. Let's shoot to November 7th. The boy in the
house, the two twins we just talked about, the boy on Christman, that's one of those kids, he's
got an electric bike. I've seen him go up and down the sidewalk and on the apron. You know
that. I talked at the last meeting about it. I think the four of them throwing the ball onto the
property, over the property line, and the ball is on my property again. I forgot to show you this
here. You don't have to take these pictures. I just want to show you this. Here. This is the one
kid from Christman. Right here. You don't have to take these pictures. Here he is right here. I
just brought these pictures in to show you that I'm not lying, okay? It's the truth. Here's the
thing. They don't want you to see the pictures, so they're jamming my cameras. They're
jamming the tablet, so you don't get these pictures. But I was able to get this one. I want to
back up just a little bit. I talked about those two twins. Here they are. Here's the thing. The tab
was being jammed again right there. It's all blackened. You can't get it. But I was able to get it
11.-1.8-25 Council Meeting Minutes Page 1.0
