MAYOR'S COURT BOND 821 <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS <br />TOTAL ALL FUNDS <br />AMENDMENT <br />ORDINANCE INCREASE/ ORDINANCE <br />2025-68 (DECREASE) 2025-86 <br />3,000.00 <br />3,000.00 <br />99,320,236.20 <br />143, 604.40 <br />3,000.00 <br />3,000.00 <br />99,463,840.60 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Fiscal Officer <br />of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City Treasury for payment <br />from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approval by the <br />Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an ordinance or resolution of Council to make the <br />expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by <br />authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance.
