Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Resolution 2025-124. A Resolution declaring the necessity of the construction and repair of <br />certain sidewalks in the City of North Olmsted by the abutting property owners; the <br />construction, repair, and assessment of the costs of sidewalks in certain cases by the City. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Resolution 2025-125. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Economic and Community <br />Development to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services <br />for the 2026 Sidewalk Program, as detailed in the specifications on file with the Division of <br />Engineering, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract <br />for the same with the lowest and best bidder. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. <br />MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Thank you. Moving into scheduling Committee Meetings for next Tuesday, December 9, 2025. <br />Councilman Limpert, would you like to schedule a Building, Zoning and Development <br />Committee Meeting? <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />I would, Mr. President, if I could schedule that on December 9th at 7:00 p.m., and ask that <br />Economic Development Director be present, and that we will discuss Ordinance 2025-115, and <br />that will go till 7:10 p.m., but we know it'll probably go to 7:15... [laughing], no, 7:10 p.m. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />All right, thank you. Councilman Scarl, would you like to schedule a Recreation, Public Parks, <br />and Buildings Committee Meeting? <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />Yes, I would, Mr. President, for Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings, we'll schedule for <br />Resolution 2025-123, Springvale Dredging Bids, and that'll be from 7:10 to 7:15 p.m., and I ask <br />that Director Pinchek be present, and any other designee that the Mayor chooses.
