The new <br />system will enhance fire detection and occupant notification throughout the facility. , providing a <br />comprehensive and reliable fire alarm solution. <br />Scope of Work: <br />- Smoke or Heat Detection - 55 Units <br />- Horn/Strobes and Strobe Onlys - 40 Units <br />- Manual Pull Station - 10 Units <br />- Potter Addressable Control Panel - I Unit <br />- Remote Annunciator at Location to be Determined - I Units <br />- Remote Notification Power Supply - 4 Units <br />Total Package Price: $73,600,00 <br />Exclusions: 120 Volt Power, Overtime, Night and Weekend Labor, Additional equipment that may be <br />required by the AHJ. <br />Conclusion: This proposal aims to bring the City of North Olmsted Police Department's fire alarm <br />system up to code, ensuring the safety and security of all occupants. The proposed Potter <br />Addressable system, along with the additional smoke detection, occupant notification, and manual <br />pull stations, will provide a comprehensive and reliable fire alarm solution.
