EXHIBIT A <br />CHAPTER1113 <br />Title, Scope and Purpose <br />1113.01 <br />Title. <br />1113.02 <br />Purpose. <br />1113.03 <br />Scope. <br />1113.04 <br />Supplement to other laws and ordinances. <br />1113.05 <br />Interpretation upon conflict. <br />1113.06 <br />Severability. <br />1113.01 TITLE. <br />This Zoning Ordinance shall be known and may be cited as the "Zoning Code", and when <br />the words "Zoning Code" or "this Code" are used hereafter the same shall be deemed to <br />mean the provisions of Ordinance 90-125, passed May 21, 1991 as amended. <br />(Ord. 90-125. Passed 5-21-91.) <br />1113.02 PURPOSE. <br />The purpose of the Zoning Code shall be to provide by the provisions hereinafter made <br />for the orderly development of the land within the City and to provide in that manner for <br />the public peace, health, safety, convenience, comfort, prosperity and general welfare of its <br />residents and of the City. <br />(Ord. 90-125. Passed 5-21-91.) <br />1113.03 SCOPE. <br />The provisions of the Zoning Code, as may be from time to time amended or <br />supplemented, shall apply to the use of land within the City by the creation of districts <br />defining or limiting the use of land or structures within such districts and by the <br />establishment of regulations for the location of structures, their height, bulk, percentage of <br />lot occupancy and the area of open spaces around any structure. <br />(Ord. 90-125.
