A Resolution authorizing the Director of Human Resources to solicit <br /> Statements of Qualifications (S.O.Q.) from qualified firms or individuals to serve as the City's <br /> labor negotiator; and further authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, <br /> to enter into a contract with the firm or individual selected in the S.O.Q. process, and declaring <br /> an emergency. <br /> Mayor Jones: <br /> Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS <br /> Council President Brossard: <br /> I heard that one. Moving into scheduling Committee Meetings for Tuesday, January 6, 2026. <br /> Councilman Limpert regarding Building, Zoning and Development. <br /> Councilman Limpert: <br /> I will not be scheduling a meeting at this time; we can look forward to more meetings next year. <br /> Council President Brossard: <br /> Thank you, and then Councilman Scarl for Finance. <br /> Councilman Scarl: <br /> Thank you, Mr. President. I will be scheduling Resolution 2025-128 at the January 6th Council <br /> Meeting, in order to schedule any other legislation at that time as well.
