Before we get into our agenda, I just want to take a moment to welcome our newest
member of Council this evening, Maureen Carr. We are so glad to have her as a Member of Council,
and I think that her personality is going to mesh very well with our existing members. And also, an
equally warm welcome to our new Finance Director, Keegan Radeff. Thank you, and welcome to your
first official Council Meeting.
If there are no additions or corrections, the Council Meeting Minutes of December 16, 2025, are
approved as written.
There is only one item on the agenda being requested for suspension this evening, and that is
Resolution 2026-3.
Next, we need to take care of a couple of procedural items at the first meeting of the new year. So,
the first item is to adopt the Rules of Council. Is there a motion on the floor to adopt the Rules of
Council?
