A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into a contract with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health to provide services for complying <br />with Stormwater Management Plan requirements. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Legislation on first reading. <br />Resolution 2026-4. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Economic and Community <br />Development to advertise for bids for the award of a contract for the resurfacing of Dover <br />Center Road, Phase 2, from Butternut Ridge Road to a location 400 feet North of Mill Road in <br />the City of North Olmsted, as detailed in the specifications on file, and further authorizing the <br />Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the lowest and <br />best bidder. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. <br />Resolution 2026-5.
