(c) This Lease Agreement shall not be modified or amended, except by express <br />written agreement signed by an authorized representative of each of the City and the Trustees. <br />(d) If any agreement, condition or covenant of this Lease Agreement or the <br />application thereof to any person or circumstance shall, to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, <br />the remainder of this Lease Agreement, or the application of such agreement, condition or covenant <br />to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall <br />not be affected thereby and each agreement, condition or covenant of this Lease Agreement shall <br />be valid and be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. <br />(Remainder of this page intentionally left blank; signatures and acknowledgments follow) <br />
