EXHIBIT A <br />Legal Description <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio: <br />And known as being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 21, Tract No. 6 and <br />bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning in the center line of Butternut Ridge Road (so called) at the southeasterly corner <br />of land conveyed by Charles A.
