MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />FEBRUARY 17, 2026 <br />Council President Brossard: <br />The Council meeting of February 17, 2026, will now please come to order at 7:30 p.m. The <br />audience is invited to join Council in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />All: <br />I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it <br />stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Will the Clerk please call the roll? <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Brossard: Present <br />Ms. Carr: Here <br />Ms. Gilchrist: [absent] <br />Mr. Limpert: Present <br />Mr. Madden: Here <br />Mr. Marrie: Here <br />Mr. Scarl: Present <br />Mr. Shymske: [absent] <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Council President Brossard: <br />If there are no additions or corrections, the Council Meeting Minutes of February 3, 2026, are <br />approved as written. <br />There are two items being requested for suspension this evening. Resolutions 2026-8 and <br />resolution 2026-9, both of which are on second reading <br />Moving into reports, Mayor Dailey Jones, do you have a report this evening? <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Jones: <br />do, Mr. President, thank you. <br />• Our Oxcart Food Pantry Director Wilder will be on vacation, just so that, in case your <br />residents have reached out to you, coverage has been arranged for the food pantry. <br />However, this Thursday, the pantry will be completely closed. However, that won't <br />affect food distribution, which is handled on Wednesdays, but I did want to let Council <br />know what was going on there. <br />
