Since it's not a Charter <br />Review year, it's a standing body, so he'll be appointed, but then promptly recess until <br />necessary. So that appointment could be made as soon as possible, or you never know. It's not <br />the only function of Charter Review, Mr. President. I'm sorry, I just started talking. The Charter <br />Review, if somebody on Council was to introduce a piece of legislation to amend the Charter <br />outside of the charter review process, it still goes to Charter Review. So it would be important <br />to have all of our members ready in the event something happens outside of the actual charter <br />review process.
