Council President Brossard: <br />Resolution 2026-9 is adopted by a vote of 5-0. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Resolution 2026-10, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public <br />Service to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to purchase concrete materials and <br />related supplies for the year 2026, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the <br />Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and <br />best bidder. <br />Resolution 2026-11, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to <br />purchase playground equipment from Snider Recreation Inc. for use at Clague Park through the <br />Sourcewell Cooperative Purchase Program at a cost of $118,370.00. <br />Legislation on first reading. <br />Ordinance 2026-12.
