Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading and request suspension of the rule <br />requiring three readings and formal committee review. <br />Councilwoman Gilchrist: <br />Mr. President. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Councilwoman Gilchrist. <br />Councilwoman Gilchrist: <br />At this time, I would like to suspend the rule requiring three readings and formal committee <br />review as this was discussed in Caucus, and there's a March 161h deadline for this grant, which <br />would, if we get it, would be wonderful addition to our Barton -Bradley Park, and ask for a <br />second. <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review for <br />Resolution 2026-23 made by Councilwoman Gilchrist, seconded by Councilman Scarl.
