Council President Brossard: <br />Ordinance 2026-30 is adopted by a vote of 6-0. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Legislation on first reading. <br />Resolution 2026-34. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Recreation and Public <br />Engagement to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for Community <br />Development Block Grant ("CDBG") funds for the North Olmsted Senior Center & Community <br />Cabin ADA entrance improvement project, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. <br />Ordinance 2026-35. An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Finance to obtain requests for <br />proposals ("RFP") from qualified vendors for a new time and attendance and scheduling <br />software system with coordinating equipment and further authorizing the Mayor, following <br />approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the company selected in the RFP <br />process. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Ordinance 2026-36.
