A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br /> for the award of a contract to provide roof replacement at North Olmsted City Hall, as detailed <br /> in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of <br /> Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. <br /> Council President Brossard: <br /> I introduce and place on first reading. [on behalf of Mayor Jones] <br /> Council Clerk: <br /> Resolution 2026-38. A Resolution ratifying an application of the Director of Public Service for <br /> grant funding from the State of Ohio EPA Recycle Ohio Community and Litter Grant Program, and <br /> further authorizing the Mayor to accept the grant funding and execute all grant documents, and <br /> declaring an emergency. <br /> Council President Brossard: <br /> I introduced and place on first reading. [on behalf of Mayor Jones] <br /> Council Clerk: <br /> Resolution 2026-39. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a new fairway mower from <br /> Baker Vehicle Systems for use at the Springvale Golf Course through the OMNIA Cooperative <br /> Purchasing Program at a cost of$92,438.20, and declaring an emergency. <br /> Council President Brossard: <br /> I introduced and place on first reading, and request suspension of the rules requiring three <br /> readings and formal committee review.
