Resolution 2026-46, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Director of <br />Public Service to solicit bids for the collection and disposal of solid waste and recyclable <br />materials; and further authorizing the Mayor, upon approval of the Board of Control, to enter <br />into a contract with the lowest and best bidder. <br />Ordinance 2026-47, introduced by Mayor Jones. An Ordinance amending Section 917.02 <br />entitled "Limitations of Wastewater Strength" of Chapter 917 entitled "Industrial <br />Pretreatment" of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code in order to comply with EPA <br />regulations, and declaring an emergency, as Amended. <br />Ordinance 2026-48, introduced by Mayor Jones. An Ordinance authorizing the Director of <br />Human Resources to solicit proposals for excess insurance coverage for the City health care & <br />hospitalization plans for 2027, and further authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the <br />Board of Control, to enter into a contract for said insurance coverage. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Legislation on first reading. <br />Resolution 2026-49.
