The Service Director may impose mass limitations on dischargers when deemed <br />appropriate by the City. The Director may also convert Categorical Pretreatment Standards <br />expressed in terms of mass to equivalent concentration limits when deemed appropriate. <br />Mass limitations on dischargers are intended to prevent the use of dilution to meet the <br />pretreatment standards or requirements of the Codified Ordinances, or in other cases where <br />the imposition of mass limitations is deemed appropriate by the City. <br />(Ord. 2017-83.
