The meeting concluded at 7:37 p.m. My second report is from our meeting tonight, The Building, Zoning, and Development Committee met at 6:55 p.m. Present were Committee Members Marrie, Madden, and Limpert, Council President Brossard, Council Members Carr, Shymske, and Scarl, the Mayor, Directors of Economic Development, Finance, Public Safety, Service, HR, the Chief of Staff, Chief of Police, and guests. • We discussed PDC Plan 462-2026, which is a planned pet grooming salon at 30349 Lorain Road. The approval permit involves only a change of use within the existing building. There is no exterior modifications or new construction. There are two conditional use permits, which include no outdoor run or exercise area, and the permit is limited to pet grooming only. Following a brief discussion, the Committee voted 3-0 to favorably recommend PDC Plan 462-2026. Mr. President, at this time, I would like to make a motion to approve PDC Plan 462-2026 with the following conditional use permits. The first is no outdoor run or exercise area, and the second is limited to pet grooming use only, at this time, I'd ask for a second. Councilman Madden: Second.
