MAYOR'S COURT AGENCY 820 <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS <br />MAYOR'S COURT BOND 821 <br />MISCELLANEOUS/REFUNDS <br />TOTAL ALL FUNDS <br />Amendments <br />Ordinance 2026-40 Increase/(Decrease) <br />1,020,000.00 <br />1,020,000.00 <br />3,000.00 <br />3,000.00 <br />$ 96,083,581.13 $ 1,237,452.19 $ <br />Ordinance 2026-62 <br />1,020,000.00 <br />1,020,000.00 <br />3,000.00 <br />3,000.00 <br />97,288,633.32 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City Treasury for payment from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approval by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, <br />or an ordinance or resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except <br />to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance.
