Unfortunately, I was not able to attend the committee meeting for this, but over the years, there's been a number of landscaping efforts that have been funded by Council to provide beautification to key components of the city, whether that's Brook Park or near the on ramps. And I just want to really stress that maintenance of these is essential, that if we're going to put the money forward, that the landscaping plan is maintainable and that we're committed with the service resources needed to make sure that this investment continues to be a beautifying component and not something that, after a few years, detracts from the city. So I just really want to emphasize that these are really important and they're valuable, but we have to make sure that when we commit to this, that we have a service plan that's going to be able to continue it for a long period of time. And I know it's challenging, right? I mean, it's not the most important thing, but, we've committed a lot of money over the years for landscaping, and I just want to make sure that whatever we do maintains to be a productive add to the city. So thank you, and I do appreciate us continuing to try to make North Olmsted a better, more enjoyable place to see. Thank you. Council President Brossard: Resolution 2026-50 is adopted by a vote of 6-0. Council Clerk: Legislation on second reading. Ordinance 2026-52. Introduced by Mayor Jones, an Ordinance to levy sidewalk assessments upon listed real property for the total cost incurred by the City of North Olmsted to repair, replace, or construct sidewalks adjacent thereto as such improvements were deemed necessary and installed pursuant to the 2025 sidewalk program in the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2026-54, introduced by Mayor Jones, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Auditor of State and Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Company Certified Public Accountants, providing for the latter to serve as independent public accountants for the Auditor of State's annual audits of the City of North Olmsted for the years 2026-2030, commencing in 2027.
