Roll call, please. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Scarl: Yes <br />Mr. Limpert: Yes <br />Mr. Madden: Yes <br />Mr. Marrie: Yes <br />Mr. Shymske: Yes <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Yes <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Ordinance 2026-56 is adopted by a vote of 6-0. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Resolution 2026-57, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept the approved state capital <br />grant in the amount of $75,000.00 for the Old Town Hall Revitalization Project, Phase 2, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Ordinance 2026-58, an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to accept on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted, the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) 2026 Energized Community <br />Grant, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading, and request suspension of the rule <br />requiring three readings and formal committee review.
