Council Members may ask clarifying questions of the Speaker, of City staff, or of fellow Council <br />Members. <br />Those attending City Council meetings should show the same respect to others that they wish <br />to have shown to them. With that said, if there is anyone in the audience who would like to <br />address Council, please come to the podium, state and spell your name and address for the <br />Clerk. If you live in a city other than North Olmsted, please state the name of that city and <br />proceed with your comments. <br />You will have up to five minutes. Seeing no comments from the audience, we will now move <br />into legislation. <br />Seeing no comments from the audience, we will now move into legislation. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Council Clerk: <br />Legislation on third reading. <br />Resolution 2026-49, introduced by Mayor Jones, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to make <br />application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted to participate in the Ohio Public Works <br />Commission's State Capital Improvement and/or Local Transportation Improvement Programs, <br />further authorizing the Mayor to accept funds if awarded and to execute a contract as required, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Shymske: <br />Mr. President. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Councilman Shymske. <br />Councilman Shymske: <br />At this time, I move to adopt 2026-49 and ask for a second. <br />Councilwoman Gilchrist: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution 2026-49, made by Councilman Shymske, seconded by <br />Councilwoman Gilchrist.
