Next on the agenda is the Executive Session for Council. <br />For those of you in attendance, Council will be adjourning into executive session in the Caucus <br />Room for approximately 15 minutes to discuss a matter of importance prior to moving forward <br />with the remainder of the agenda. We apologize for the wait, but we will reconvene as soon as <br />possible. <br />With that being said, is there a motion on the floor to adjourn into executive session with <br />regard to conferences with an attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the <br />public body, which are the subject of pending or imminent court action? <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />Mr. President. <br />
