Council President Brossard: <br />Resolution 2026-54 is adopted by a vote of 7-0. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Legislation on second reading <br />Resolution 2026-57, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authoring the Mayor to accept <br />the approved State Capital Grant in the amount of $75,000.00 for the Old Town Hall <br />Revitalization Project, Phase II, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2026-59, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution requesting the Cuyahoga County <br />Fiscal Officer to advance taxes from the proceeds of all tax levies for the tax year 2026 pursuant <br />to the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Resolution 2026-60, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of <br />Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the Year 2027 all money <br />due and owing said City from any collection source, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2026-61, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution adopting the Alternative Tax <br />Budget of the City of North Olmsted for the Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 2027, and <br />submitting the same to the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer and its Budget Commission, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />Mr. President. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Councilman Scarl. <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />I move to suspend the rule requiring three readings for Resolution 2026-61, as this was <br />discussed in committee last week and we need to adhere to the deadline set by the County and <br />I ask for a second. <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to suspend the rules requiring three readings for Resolution 2026-61 made by <br />Councilman Scarl, seconded by Councilman Limpert.
