Council President Brossard: <br />Resolution 2026-54 is adopted by a vote of 7-0. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Legislation on second reading <br />Resolution 2026-57, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authoring the Mayor to accept <br />the approved State Capital Grant in the amount of $75,000.00 for the Old Town Hall <br />Revitalization Project, Phase II, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2026-59, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution requesting the Cuyahoga County <br />Fiscal Officer to advance taxes from the proceeds of all tax levies for the tax year 2026 pursuant <br />to the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Resolution 2026-60, introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of <br />Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the Year 2027 all money <br />due and owing said City from any collection source, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2026-61, introduced by Mayor Jones.
