NO OXYGEN CHARGE Ambulance Response and Treatment with No Transport is a $360.00 charge BE AMENDED AND AS AMENDED SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: All residents and non-residents receiving emergency medical service and or ambulance transportation shall pay a utilization charge therefore on a per person, per call basis determined as follows: A. ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT II e'�00 $1,090.13 B. ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT I $525.00 $753.18 C. BASIC LIFE SUPPORT $675.00 $634.26 D. MILEAGE $17.50 mile $16.63 per mile E. NO OXYGEN CHARGE Ambulance Response and Treatment with No Transport is a $360.00 charge. The utilization charges set forth herein are the 2026 Ambulance Service Reimbursement Rates as established by the Ohio Bureau of Workman's Compensation. The utilization charges for 2027 and vears thereafter shall equal the Ambulance Service Reimbursement Rates as established by the Ohio Bureau of Workman's Compensation and as thev shall be amended from time to time by the Bureau. SECTION 2: That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances, inconsistent or in conflict with this Ordinance, are, to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict, repealed. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason to provide adequate preparation timeline for January 1, 2027 effective date, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
