NO OXYGEN CHARGE <br />Ambulance Response and Treatment with No Transport is a $360.00 charge <br />BE AMENDED AND AS AMENDED SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />All residents and non-residents receiving emergency medical service and or ambulance <br />transportation shall pay a utilization charge therefore on a per person, per call basis determined as <br />follows: <br />A. ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT II e'�00 $1,090.13 <br />B. ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT I $525.00 $753.18 <br />C. BASIC LIFE SUPPORT $675.00 $634.26 <br />D. MILEAGE $17.50 mile $16.63 per mile <br />E. NO OXYGEN CHARGE <br />Ambulance Response and Treatment with No Transport is a $360.00 charge. <br />The utilization charges set forth herein are the 2026 Ambulance Service Reimbursement <br />Rates as established by the Ohio Bureau of Workman's Compensation. The utilization <br />charges for 2027 and vears thereafter shall equal the Ambulance Service Reimbursement <br />Rates as established by the Ohio Bureau of Workman's Compensation and as thev shall be <br />amended from time to time by the Bureau. <br />SECTION 2: That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances, inconsistent or in conflict with <br />this Ordinance, are, to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict, repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason to provide adequate preparation timeline for January 1, 2027 effective date, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />ATTEST.• <br />BEATRICE TAYLOR <br />Clerk of'Council <br />First Reading: _ <br />Second Reading: 9 / —a � - <br />Third Readin <br />Committee. <br />CHR TOPH R SCARL <br />President Pro Tempore <br />2 <br />
