<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2007 - 50 <br />BY: Council Members Tallon, Orlowski & Ryan <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 103.03 ("OFFICIAL <br />SEAL ") OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE IN ORDER TO <br />REQUIRE ALL CITY VEHICLES, EXCEPT FOR UNMARKED <br />POLICE VEHICLES, TO PR OMINENTL Y DISPLA Y THE OFFICIAL <br />CITY SEAL. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council that all City vehicles, with the <br />exception of unmarked police vehicles, prominently display the City's official seal; <br />NO W THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED B Y THE CO UNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 103.03 ("Official Seal") of the Administrative Code, <br />which presently reads as follows: <br />103.03 OFFICIAL SEAL. <br />(a) Council does hereby designate and adopt as the official City seal the <br />proposal recommended by the Landmarks Commission which seal is presently on file <br />in the office of the Mayor. <br />(b) Council directs that the seal specified in subsection (a) hereof be <br />designated the official City seal and be used in official City business where deemed <br />appropriate. <br />BE AMENDED, AND, AS AMENDED, SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />103.03 OFFICIAL SEAL. <br />(a) Council does hereby designate and adopt as the official City seal the <br />proposal recommended by the Landmarks Commission which seal is presently on file <br />in the office of the Mayor. <br />(b) Council directs that the seal specified in subsection (a) hereof be <br />designated the official City seal and be used in official City business where deemed <br />appropriate. <br />(C) <br />n <br />on all <br />
