0 <br />r 1 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-117 <br />BY: Mayor Norman T. Musial <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ALTERNATIVE TAX <br />BUDGET OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2005, AND <br />SUBMITTING THE SAME TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREA5, the Director of Finance has heretofore prepared the alternative tax <br />budget for the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2005, <br />conforming with the requirements of law; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the alternative tax budget of the City of North Olmsted, for <br />the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2005, heretofore prepared by the Director of Finance <br />and submitted to the Council, is hereby adopted, as the alternative tax budget of the City <br />of North Olmsted, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2005. <br />SECTION 2: The Clerk be, and is hereby authorized and directed to certify a <br />copy of said budget and copy of this Resolution and to transmit the same to the auditor <br />of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />SECTION 3s That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the further reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect <br />immediately because it must be filed with the County Auditor no later than by September <br />10, 2004, which is less than 30 days from the date of passage of this Resolution, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />
