<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2002-6 <br />BY.• COUNCILMAN DEAN MCKAY <br />AN ORDINANCE AMEIVDING SECTION 2 OF OXDINANCE <br />2001-02 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2000.111 WHICHESTABLLSHE.S RATES OF <br />COMPENSATION FOR VARlOI1S ADMINISTRATIVE AND <br />LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY AS AMENDED," BY PROYIDING FOR THE <br />ELIMINATION OF THE SALARY RANGES OF TWO <br />ASSISTANT LAW DIRECTOR POSITIONS R'HICH HAVE <br />BEEN ELIMINATED, AND ESTABLISHING NEW SALARY <br />RANGES FOR THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF LAW, THE <br />CITY PROSECUTOR, THE NEW LEGAL SECRETARY <br />POSITION AND THE NEW LAW CLERK PQSITIDN I1V THE <br />DEPARTMENT OFLAW, AND DECLARINGANEMERGENCY. <br />WHERF.AS, pursuarrt to Ord. No. 2002-5 this Council, at the request of the Director of Law, <br />esta.blished certain new positions in the City Law Department, and eliminated others; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish rates of compensation for the new <br />positions created in the Law Department for the year 2002, and to eliminate the salary ranges for <br />positions that ha.ve been eliminated in the Department; <br />NOW, T'HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2001-02, which currently reads as follows: <br />"SECTION 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the <br />Departmetrt of Law.
