CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2008-108 <br />BY: Mayor O'Grady <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RANGE OF COMPENSATION RATES AND SALARY RANGES <br />FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL SO AS TO PROVIDE THE CHANGES IN <br />TITLES AND SALARY RANGES FOR VARIOUS NON-BARGAINING UNIT POSITIONS IN THE <br />WASTEWATER TREATMENT SECTION OF THE DIVISION OF PUBLIC WORKS IN THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE; AND TO OTHERWISE RESTATE THE COMPENSATION <br />RATE RANGES FOR SAID VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE <br />YEAR 2008, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the rate and operations study of the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant and Systems as <br />described in Ordinance 2008-104, it is the desire of this Council to amend Section 11 for various employees of the <br />Wastewater Treatment Facility, the Collection System and Lift Stations, which presently reads as follows: <br />Section 11: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various employees of the Wastewater <br />Treatment Facility, the Coilection System and Lift Stations. The salaries in this Section shall be established by <br />the Director of Public Service and the Mayor as appropriate. <br />FROM TO PaY <br />2008 Type <br />A. Pre-Treatment Coordinator 656.73 1,514.91 BW <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 11 of Ordinance No. 2008-49, as set forth above, is hereby amended, as set forth below: <br />SECTION 2: That the following salary ranges of Ordinance No. 2008-49, are hereby established or restated, as <br />applicable: <br />Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for administrative and legislative <br />personnel of the City of North Olmsted.
