?,. <br />e <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2003-138 <br />BY: Mayor Musial <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISH/NG RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADM/N/STRATIVE AND <br />LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2004 AND 2005. <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2000-111, as amended from time to time, established the rates of compensation ranges <br />and benefits for the City's various administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2001 through 2003; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, pursuant to the Mayor's recommendation, to establish compensation rate <br />ranges and benefits for the City's various administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2004 and 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, said new compensation rate ranges reflect a zero percent (0%) increase in the year 2004 over the ranges <br />previously established for the year 2003 and a two percent (2%) increase in the year 2005; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for administrative and legislative personnel <br />of the City of North Olmsted.
