<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2003 - 44 <br />BY: Mayor Musial <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING WITHIN THE SPECIAL <br />REVENUE FUND GROUP A"SENIOR CEIVTER HOT <br />L UNCH TITLE III PROGRAM FUND" OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, <br />AS AMENDED. <br />N'HEREAS, upon the recommendation and advice of the Director of Finance, this <br />Council desires to establish a special revenue fund for the purpose of accounting for <br />federal funds and other miscellaneous funds received by the City for the Senior Center <br />Hot Lunch Title III Program; and <br />N'HEREAS, this Council further desires to expressly ratify all actions taken by <br />the Directar of Finance since 7anuary 1, 2003, in segregating and separately accounting <br />for Senior Center Hot Lunch Title III Program funds received to date this year; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That there is hereby created a Senior Center Hot Lunch Title III <br />Program Fund within the Special Revenue Fund ,group for the purpose of accounting for <br />federal and other miscellaneous funds received by the City for Senior Center Hot Lunch <br />Title III Program. <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance be and is hereby directed to establish <br />a Senior Center Hot Lunch Title III Progam Fund and to record receipts and <br />expenditures consistent with this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this Council hereby expressly ratifies and retroactively <br />approves all actions taken by the Director of Finance since January l, 2003, to segregate <br />Senior Center Hot Lunch Title III Program funds for the purpose of separately accounting <br />for and expending such funds.
