CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 72-127 <br />BY : ~~~rt/. Vrf <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD <br />PURPOSES ONLY BROOKPARK SAD EXTENSION <br />AND SPARKY LANH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Brookpark Road Extension has <br />heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved <br />and referred to Council; and <br />WHEREAS, said Brookpark Road Extension contains two (2) <br />commercially zoned tracts of land and having two streets, Brookpark <br />Road Extension and Sparky Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with the resolutions and ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the plat of the Brookpark Road Extension, <br />and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements <br />of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby <br />approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />Section 2. That the Council of the City of North Olmsted hereby <br />states that upon completion of all improvements as set forth in the improve- <br />ment plans will accent said streets for dedication. <br />Section 3. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the health, safety, and welfare of the <br />citizens of North Olmsted by virtue of the fact that said construction must <br />begin immediately in order to be completed before the onset of winter weather <br />and further for the orderly development of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ ~-~. <br />ATTEST: <br />t /' / c.~W/ I 1 ~'V C.~ .mot. <br />Nora T.
