<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72- 9~ <br />BY: ~ ~~ lJ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REFUND OF <br />$1280.55 FOR WATER ASSESSMENTS PREVI- <br />OUSLY LEVIED ON PERMANENT PARCEL NO. <br />233-7-4 AND LOCATED WI THIN THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Streets and Drainage Committee of Council, has been advised <br />by the Engineering Department that a water assessment levied against Permanent <br />Parcel No. 233-7-4 in the amount of $l, 280.55 was levied incorrectly and <br />WHEREAS, said water assessment , if collected, would constitute an undue <br />expense and unfair charge to the owners of Permanent Parcel No. 233-7~+4 ;and <br />WHEREAS, Council new wishes to correct any errors previously axtade. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1 That the owners of Permanent Parcel No. 233-7-4 are refunded <br />the sum of $l, 280.55 for a water assessment previously levied ,and that the <br />Engineering Department furnish the Director of Finance the correct name and address <br />of the owners of ~iermanent Parcel No. 233-7-4 in order that the Director of Finance <br />can make the necessary refund. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council is instructed to forward a copy of thie <br />Resolution to the Engineering Department and the Director of Finance. <br />Section 3. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in foree <br />at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: ~~~'~- <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
