<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTTON NO. 72- ~~ <br />BY:_~~~C~~_.de~~ - <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE BRETTON RIDGE <br />SUBDIVISION NO. 5. <br />,,~ <br />`," <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. 5 has heretofore <br />been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to Council ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains three (31 sublots on Christman Drive <br />a duly dedicated street ;and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Plann~ig Commission of the plat of the Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. 5, and having <br />been advised by the City Engineer that it meets ,the requirements of the Resolutions <br />and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat far recording <br />purposes only. <br />Section 2.
