ter, <br />~,r. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 72- .:'~~ <br />BY : __~ ~ , <br />,;. <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS <br />FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES <br />FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, FOR <br />THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1972. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Finance Director be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />$7,500 from police salaries to WEB <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately <br />forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 3. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized <br />to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the <br />foregoing appropriations upon receiving. proper certificates and vouchers <br />therefor, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve <br />same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; <br />provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages <br />except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or <br />ordinance. Provided, further that the appropriations for contingencies <br />can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items <br />of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes <br />other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />Section 4.
