<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72- ~~ <br />BY: G~~ ~~$ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />ENGAGE THE GEORGE S. RIDER CO. , FOR <br />ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR DESIGNING <br />A NEW POLICE STATION FOR THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has purchased the building and land <br />situated on the southwest corner of Lorain and Dover Center Roads and now wishes <br />to construct upon this land a new police station ;and <br />WHEREAS, Council now wishes to authorize the Mayor to engage the archi- <br />tectural services of the George S. Rider Co. , to design a new municipal police <br />station for the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with <br />the George S. Ride~-Co. , in order that this firm can design, supervise and check <br />the construction of a new police station in the City of North Olmsted. That upon <br />the passage of this Resolution the Mayor is authorized to enter into a contract with <br />the aforesaid George S. Rider Co. , <br />Section 2. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />at the earliest period pt~ rmitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: •Z-- <br />ATTEST: <br />~/~ ~ <br />Nora T.
