<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72- ~.~ <br />~~ ' <br />BY: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVER'PTSE FOR BIDS <br />FOR DIESEL FUEL AND MOTOR OIL, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for diesel fuel and motor oil according to <br />the specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval by the <br />Board of Control the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and <br />execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby •declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the immediate necessity of purchasing said diesel <br />fuel and motor oil.
